          Preschool Flyer Sign-Up

 
Interested in sending your child(ren) to New Richmond's Preschool?  If so, please fill out this form and click the Submit button, which will add you to our mailing list.  We will be mailing out a flyer in late April 2008 with information you will need to register your child at one of our schools in May.  (This form does NOT register your child for Preschool, you will need to be present with your child(ren) during the screening process at one of our Elementary Schools and have appropriate paperwork with you at that time.)

Filling out this form does not guarantee your child a place in our program.  Every child, except those currently enrolled, must attend screening in May to be considered for enrollment in the fall.  Thank you for your interest in our Preschool program!
