This is Mrs. Blauwkamp's first year at Monroe. Before coming to Monroe,
she taught from 1990-2001 at New Richmond Elementary. She earned her
degree from Bowling Green State University. Mrs. Blauwkamp resides in
Anderson with her family - Steve, Elle (14), Ana (9), Alex (8), & Rudy the
Yorkshire Terrier. Her family enjoys boating, snow skiing, vacations and
spending time together. Her favorite saying is "Take care of yourself and
others." She welcomes calls at extension 14152 or contact her by email.

Ms. Kim Kreimer, Fourth Grade Teacher

This is Miss. Kreimer's first year at Monroe. She graduated from Anderson High School, and received her Bachelor's Degree in Middle School Education from Thomas More College. She played fours years of softball while at Thomas More. She enjoys fishing and hiking, as well as going to the movies and playing miniature golf. She loves spending time with here family, especially her two neices and one nephew. Her favorite sayings come from her softball coach (and Aristotle), "We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act, but a habit."

Mrs. Thede enjoys teaching
fourth grade at Monroe Elementary. She has been
teaching here since 1999. She received undergraduate degree from
Illinois State University and she completed a masters degree in Educational
Leadership from Wright State University. Mrs. Thede loves to read, to listen to
the Beatles, and to take long walks.
