Mrs. Basham has been at Monroe Elementary for 8 years. She enjoys cooking, teaching Sunday school, working with children, and having fun with her grandchildren. 

Mrs. Betty Durham, Instructional Aide
Email: durham_b@nrschools.org                                                               Mrs. Durham has lived in Monroe Township all her life.  Her family is very important to her. She has two children, a daughter in the 8th grade and a son in the 3rd grade at Monroe.  She has been a substitute aide for 3 years.  She enjoys shopping, going to horse shows, and working with children.

Mrs. Gilbert has been with New Richmond Schools for 18 years.  Her interests include kids and animals.

Mrs. Sue Greeson, Library Aide

Mrs. Greeson started her Monroe career in 1995 as an instructional assistant in the Special Education department.  She became the library aide in 2001.  She attended Southern State Community College in Fincastle, Ohio.  She enjoys reading, genealogy, and photographing her grandchildren.

Mrs. Harrmann is a kindergarten assistant and loves it!  She has worked at Monroe Elementary for the past 19 years. She has been married for 37 years. She has 2 children, Amy and Joe. Both of her kids went to Monroe and had Mrs. Piper for Kindergarten. Mrs. Harrmann loves the saying, “Best vitamin for a friend=B1”.

Mrs. Henderson has been an instructional assistant at Monroe for 16 years. This year, she is working with sixth grade and second grade. She loves helping children become better readers!  Spending time with her family is very important to her. Her hobbies include shopping, reading, decorating, and watching Ohio State football games!

Mrs. Shouse is a Kindergarten Aide here at Monroe. She has three children and two beautiful boxers named Jake and Zoe.  When she has extra time she likes to garden and go shopping with Mrs. Henderson.
