Mr. Mark Bailey, Principal
Mr. Bailey graduated from Northern Kentucky University in 1986 with a Bachelor of Music Education and Bachelor of Arts in Music. He later attended Xavier University where he obtained a Master of Education in Administration/Supervision Degree. Mr. Bailey was the Director of Instrumental Music at New Richmond High School for twelve years, and still performs as a trumpet soloist and in various ensembles around the Greater-Cincinnati area. This is his eighth year as principal of Monroe Elementary School. In his spare time, Mr. Bailey loves to play with his Golden Retriever, Drake, and participates in trapshooting competitions at the state and national levels.
