Kindergarten registration for the 2018/19 school year is now open and will remain open through July 31, 2018. Those wishing to enroll their children will need to visit the Central Office (located on the 3rd floor of the Market Street Building) between the hours of 8:30a and 2:00pm Monday through Friday.
In order to be eligable for kindergarten for the 2018/19 school year, your child must be five years old on or before August 1, 2018. Please bring the following information with you for your child's registration:
- Original Birth Certificate
- Social Security Card
- Immunization Records
- Picture ID of Custodial Parent or Legal Guardian
- Proof of Residency (Cable Bill, Water Bill, Electric Bill, etc.)
Additionally, we will be hosting a Preschool Roundup at each of the three NREVSD elementary schools. Here, families can register their child, have them screened, and have an opportunity to meet our preschool teachers throughout the district.
Screening for all three elementary schools will be held at New Richmond Elementary on May 21-23. To schedule an appointent, please call 513.553.3181. Appointments are encouraged but not required as spaces will be filled on a first-come, first serve basis. Below you will find scheduling blocks that are available at your convenience:
- May 21 // 2:00p-7:00p
- May 22 // 12:00p-5:00p
- May 23 // 9:00a-1:00p
In order to be eligable for preschool for the 2018/19 school year, your child must be three years old on or by August 1, 2018. Please be mindful of the following items you will need to bring in order to register your child for preschool:
- Proof of Residency (Utility Bill, Rental Agreement, Water Bill, etc.)
- Child's Birth Certificate
- Child's Social Security Card
- Child's Immunization Record
- 2017 W-2 for Tuition Determiniation (income based)
- Parent Identification (Custody Papers if applicable)
