Dear Lions Fan,
On behalf of the New Richmond High School Athletic Department, you are cordially invited to the induction ceremony of the New Richmond Sports Hall of Fame. The ceremony will be held Saturday, February 3rd, 2018 at New Richmond High School. The NRHS Lions Sports Hall of Fame was created in 1996. Liz Misheff and Glenn Stiles were the first inductees. Since 1996, we have added 108 names to the Hall of Fame. This year’s inductees are Jeff Ast, Amy (Blair) Clifton, Zac Fuller & John Misheff.
We hope you will share in this special day. Listed below will be the day’s itinerary:
11:30 Boys Alumni Game
1:00 Freshman Boys Game vs. Williamsburg HS
2:30 JV Boys Game vs. Williamsburg HS
4:00 Varsity Boys Game vs. Williamsburg HS
6:00 Hall of Fame Banquet
We will be recognizing all of the New Richmond Sports Hall of Fame members during halftime of the varsity boys’ game. The current members will be introduced first, followed by the 2017-2018 inductees. Following the game, a catered meal provided by Lake Manor will be served in the NRHS cafeteria.
We would like everyone involved in the half time ceremony to meet in the Media Center at the beginning of the second quarter of the varsity game.
We really want to make this a special night for everyone so we hope all past inductees can be here to celebrate this great New Richmond tradition.
Please fill out the information below and return to the athletic office no later than January 26th, 2018 so that we may have a total count for the meal. The cost per person will be $16.00. There will be no charge for the 2017-2018 inductees or their Host & spouses.
