Important Immunization Information for Incoming 7th Grade Students
The State of Ohio has updated the list of required immunizations that your student will need in order to attend 7th grade. Please see the link below for immunizations so that you will know what immunizations are needed by the 1st day of school on August 18th. We ask that parents bring a copy of your child's immunization record on the night of open house, August 8th. We will be collecting evidence of the most current Tdap/Td (Diptheria, Tetanus, Pertussis) and MCV4 (Meningococcal) vaccines in particular.
