Preschool screening for the 2016-2017 school year will take place on May 23, 24, and 25 at New Richmond
Elementary from 9:00-3:00. No appointment is necessary. Please bring the following documents:
proof of residency (e.g. utility bill, rental agreement)
child's birth certificate
child's social security card
shot records
W2 from 2015 for income verification
parent ID
custody papers, if applicable
Once the screening process is complete, the preschool team will contact you regarding placement.
