NRE combines phonics with sign language
The Phonics Dance is a great teaching tool for Kindergarten teachers to teach their students letters and their sounds. Kindergarten teachers Katie Alsip, Sarah Metzger and Courtney Shuman at New Richmond Elementary have taken it to the next level by teaching their students the Phonics Dance in the American Sign Language.
