Monroe honors our Veterans
New Richmond's Monroe Elementary held its annaul Veterans Breakfasts Nov. 13 hosted by the school's Student Council. Student Council members served breakfast and performed for the crowd, which included World War II veterans Joe Golfman and Pearl Harbor survivor Joe Whitt.
