Monroe Feelin' Groovy about books
New Richmond's Monroe Elementary had fun with It's Feelin' Groovy Book Fair hosted in the school library by library assistant Sue Greeson. Teachers, staff and students got into a groovy spirit with tie dye, fringe and headbands.
