2014 NRHS PTO Scholarship ApplicationThe PTO is a service organization for our school community. The PTO Scholarship recognizes and honors students who volunteer in their community, as well as at New Richmond High School.Student Criteria
* Has acquired 50 community service hours or more between
9th-12th grades. * Submit logged-in community service hours from current online
system. Only logged-in hours will be considered. * Write a brief essay (less than 150 words) of one or more of these
service activities that has had an impact on your life.Parent Criteria * Member of PTO in current school year * Must attend 2 PTO meetings in current school year * Must volunteer a minimum of 5 PTO hours in current school year
(use attached form)Submit essay, on-line student community service hours log, and parent volunteer log-in sheet in envelope addressed to NRHS PTO by April 30th. Monetary awards will be based on available funds.
