Mercy Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine is offering Ohio High School Athletic Associated required physical examinations for New Richmond High School and Middle School athletes for the 2015-16 school year on Saturday, June 6, from 8-10 a.m. at Mercy Anderson HealphPlex, 7495 State Road across from Mercy Anderson Hospital.
The physicals are available to anyone in grades 7-12 at a cost of $20 which includes a free T-shirt. Students are requested to wear shorts and a t-shirt for the physicals.
Parents or guardians must fill out the OHSAA Pre-participation physical form prior to the physicals.
