To NREVSD Community:
I wanted to remind everyone about all of the exciting activities that are taking place this weekend to celebrate the Village of NR's Bicentennial. Many of the activities involve NREVSD students and NREVSD staff. I am thankful for their efforts to participate in the events because they represent powerful learning opportunities for our students.
I also want to recognize the efforts of the New Richmond Schools Education Foundation (NRSEF) under the leadership of Ursula Miller and Amy Weiskittel. They have done so much organizing and preparing for the events.
Events that include NR students and staff:
• Tom Sawyer performance (11:30 a.m. Saturday and 4 p.m. Sunday at Curly’s BBQ Pavilion)
• Pumpkin Chuck contest using Trebuchets (12-5 p.m. Saturday on Ohio River banks)
• NRHS Troubadours (5 p.m. Saturday at Curly’s BBQ Pavilion)
• NRHS Band (6 p.m. Saturday at Curly’s BBQ Pavilion)
