For 2017-2018 School Year

When: Now through July 31, 2017 - 8:30AM - 2:00PM (Monday - Friday)

Where: Central Office, 212 Market Street, 3rd Floor, New Richmond OH 45157

Please bring the following information for your child's registration with you:

- Original Birth Certificate
- Social Security Card
- Immunization Records
- Picture ID of Custodial Parent or Legal Guardian
- Proof of Residency (Cable Bill, Water Bill, Electric Bill)

Your child must be 5 years old on or before August 1st, 2017 to be eligible for Kindergarten for the upcoming 2017-2018 school year.
