Dear Monroe Elementary Families,

It is with great excitement and gratitude that I introduce myself as the new principal of Monroe Elementary. I am honored to join this wonderful school community and look forward to partnering with students, families, and staff to make this an exceptional school year.

I am a lifelong resident of the area and proudly call Felicity home. My family is local, and I deeply value the strong sense of community that makes our region such a special place to live and learn.

For the past five years, I have served as an assistant principal in a K–12 building, where I have had the privilege of working with students, teachers, and families across all grade levels. Those experiences have reinforced my belief that every child deserves a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment where they can grow academically, socially, and emotionally.

I take the responsibility of helping to form and shape young minds very seriously. It is both a privilege and an honor to serve in a role that allows me to support students as they learn, grow, and discover their potential. I am committed to fostering a culture of high expectations, meaningful relationships, and continuous growth for every student.

As we begin this new school year together, I look forward to getting to know each of you and building strong partnerships that support student success. Together, we can create a positive and enriching educational experience for all Monroe Elementary students.
