Ohio March 17 Primary Vote By Mail Deadline Extended

On March 25, the Ohio General Assembly put in place a plan that will allow all Ohioans to continue voting by mail until April 28.

The assembly's action on March 25 extended the ballot application period for the March 17th Primary Election. If you have not voted yet, you can still vote as long as you were registered to vote by February 18th.

All you need to do is fill-out an absentee ballot application and send it to your local Board of Elections. Indicate on the form that you are requesting an absentee ballot application for the March 17, 2020, Primary Election. You can request a Republican, Democrat, or Issues only ballot.

An absentee ballot application can be found by clicking here.

Once you receive your ballot in the mail and have filled it out, you will need to return it to your local Board of Elections by April 28th or have it postmarked on or before April 27th. There WILL NOT be an in-person election on June 2nd.
