Junior and Senior parents, good morning!

I wanted to make you aware of our MAP testing schedule that we will be running next week. MAP tests are adaptive tests that we use for certain subjects to track our students’ academic progress. We will be running a 2-hour delay schedule next Monday and Tuesday so we can test our ELA classes for our 9th and 10th graders.

What that means for your students (juniors and seniors) is that they do not need to report to school on both of those days until 9:40 a.m. If for some reason they cannot find transportation to drop them off at that time, they can ride their regular bus at their regular time and report to school as normal. Any junior and senior who cannot arrive at 9:40 a.m. will be placed in the cafeteria for an extended learning bell (study hall) until our first bell begins at 9:40 am.

Here is the bell schedule for Monday and Tuesday:

  • 7:35 a.m. - 8:35 a.m. - Freshmen and Sophomores will be ELA testing in the building

  • 1st bell - 9:40 a.m. - 10:08 a.m.

  • 2nd bell - 10:11 a.m. - 10:39 a.m.

  • 3rd bell - 10:42 a.m. - 11:10 a.m.

  • 4th bell - 11:13 a.m. - 11:41 a.m.

  • 5th bell - 11:41 a.m. - 1:11 p.m. (lunch bell)

  • 6th bell-1:14pm-1:42pm

  • 7th bell - 1:45 p.m. - 2:20 p.m.

Our schedule for next week will be as follows:

  • Monday - 2-hour delay (Juniors and Seniors report at 9:40 a.m.)

  • Tuesday - 2-hour delay (Juniors and Seniors report at 9:40 a.m.)

  • Wednesday - Working Wednesday 1 hour delay (All students)

  • Thursday - Regular schedule

  • Friday - Regular schedule

If you have any questions, please reach out to the school.

Thanks
