Today we kick-off our big PTO fundraiser for the school year-- The LCE Reading Olympics!!!
Today, our first grade had an exciting visit from our amazing tech coach! Later, we were able to dive right into showing off the skills we learned by turning writing into digital persuasive posters. To top it off, they had a blast recording themselves presenting their writing! What a fun and productive time for learning! ⭐️🎤💻
4th graders explored the cause of earthquakes through their CKLA readers and then showed off their knowledge with a Build and Tell!

NRHS Student Council came to LCE to make gingerbread houses with the Kindergarteners!

4th graders had a Simple Machine Dance Party today to demonstrate their knowledge of simple machines. Students are really engaged in our CKLA unit "Eureka! Student Inventor!"
