Today 3rd graders ended Unit 9: Early European Explorers in ELA with a skit called, "Columbus Needs Cash," and an Escape Room activity. Students did a great job as actors and audience members to celebrate learning about history and showing off our ELA skills! We had a blast!

What's the best kind of read aloud? That's easy...a "Buddy Read" aloud with a good friend! These two young ladies picked, "The Hungry Caterpillar," by Eric Carle, a true classic, to share with our 3rd grade class today. Great job, Dalaney and Serenity!

Third graders are discussing the people on their strengths wheel that they can turn to for help. This week’s Sources of Strength focuses on who our helpers are.

How would you divide three whole pizzas between two people? Today in math, our 1st graders put their problem-solving skills to the test! They explored fractions in a fun and creative way, finding different ways to share their pizzas equally. Learning is always more exciting with a slice of imagination! 🍕🧠
