What's the best kind of read aloud? That's easy...a "Buddy Read" aloud with a good friend! These two young ladies picked, "The Hungry Caterpillar," by Eric Carle, a true classic, to share with our 3rd grade class today. Great job, Dalaney and Serenity!

How would you divide three whole pizzas between two people? Today in math, our 1st graders put their problem-solving skills to the test! Today students in grades K-5 will be bringing home a City Saver Coupon Book to raise funds for our school! Every student will go home with One (1) City Saver Coupon Book which costs $25. Students sell books and bring that money into school in the Order Envelope. Students only turn in money from the sale one time. Our school office will give the student the appropriate number of Coupon Books that they have sold so they can be given to their customers. We will accept cash or checks only (made payable to Locust Corner Elementary). Click this link for details! https://youtu.be/lqXSQOYDEhk. Please Note: Students who do not wish to participate can simply return the coupon book to school.
