PE class at Monroe is lots of fun & games! These Kindergarten students learned how to build hula hoop castles in a thrilling game of castle ball... They practiced their throwing, catching, and building skills while demonstrating positive teamwork and following multi-step directions. Well done!

Did you know that we use a daily math curriculum here at Monroe Elementary? Students in grades K-5 get a daily dose of mathematical practice via our Bridges in Mathematics curriculum. 🦁 🧠 💪
Bridges in Mathematics provides students various learning opportunities through a collaborative process that requires students to be responsible for their own learning, persevere, and be willing to experience disequilibrium. 🧮
