Renting space in one of our facilities or athletic fields has never been easier. Earlier this year the district launched FMX, an online facilities rental portal. The system provides an easy-to-use web portal for all district staff members, community groups, and outside organizations to use when reserving district facilities.
This move to an online system is already improving the efficiency of the scheduling process and is expected to help capture all fees due for rentals.
From athletic fields to building meeting spaces, every facility request can be done completely online using FMX which is accessible from our district website’s landing page www.nrschools.org. The FMX link is located under the heading of “Find it Fast.”
After making an account, registered users can:
Note recurring events in any request
Note any specific details related to your facility needs
Upload documents required for reservations
Save account information such as address and contact details
