NREF promotes NR Bicentennial at Monroe

Ursula Miller from the New Richmond Schools Education Foundation and Vicki Hale from Historic New Richmond presented a program to Monroe Elementary third grade students to promote the village's Bicentennial celebration which will include a July 1-5 visit by Ohio Chautauqua, RiverDays and the Cardboard Boat Regatta Aug. 15-17 and the Bicentennial Big Bash Sept. 19-21.
