Coaching Staff

Coach Doug Flamm DOUG FLAMM is head coach of the New Richmond boys soccer team. Doug is a deputy sheriff in Clermont County, Ohio and was commended in 2008 for his initiative, immediate pursuit, and apprehension of an armed robbery suspect. Doug is a graduate of Greenhills High School and the University of Cincinnati. He has been involved in the game of soccer for the past 38 years and has coached soccer at New Richmond since the fall of 2000. He has been a Clermont County deputy for the past 19 years and currently teaches at Grant Career Center.
Coach Benzinger BRIAN BENZINGER is coach of the JV boys soccer team. Brian is better known as the Lions' baseball coach but is no stranger to soccer though involvement with his children's youth soccer programs. Brian won SBAAC coach of the year honors in baseball in 2009 after leading the Lions to the SBAAC baseball title and again in 2012 and 2014 after leading the Lions to a 25-5 record and the SBAAC American Division championship.
School Board adopts drug testing policy

School Board adopts drug testing policy

The Board of Education of the New Richmond Exempted Village School District at its August 17 meeting approved a random drug testing policy for New Richmond High School athletes and students involved in extra-curricular activities. Students in grades 9-12 who participate in athletics, students who participate in extra-curricular activities, students possessing District parking privileges, and students who volunteer will be required to submit to random drug tests administered by a third-party laboratory.
